The first two vaccines, BCG and hepatitis B, are given in the hospital at birth and recorded in the health booklet you take home. The rest of the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule starts at 2 months and runs through the first 18 months. Checked against healthhub.sg on 22 September 2026.

What else to know
Citizens and permanent residents get the schedule free at polyclinics; a foreign child pays the non-subsidised polyclinic rate, or the private rate at a paediatrician, which is what most expats use for the convenience. Bring the birth certificate to the first visit and the booklet to every one.
